I need an outlook plugin where i can log incoming emails in Monday CRM without leaving outlook. Since I want to do it selectively, the native Monday outlook integration is not helpful and the BCC feature only works for outgoing emails.
I have found the “Monday. com for outlook” app from ESL, but that seems to be outdated and I have no luck getting response from their support yet.
@butterfly totally get your pain. Logging incoming Outlook emails into monday CRM selectively isn’t easy with the native integration.
You might want to try Email to Tasks for monday.com - it’s designed to let you pick which emails get logged (incoming or outgoing) and send them into your Monday boards as items or updates. Gives you the control and history you’re after.
