We’ve created a Pabbly automation for our client that creates a parent item then subitem from a BigCommerce order. Everything works (no errors in Pabbly), however one thing we’re having problems with are several status columns that have Monday automations tied to them. They aren’t populating with the BigCommerce data. For reference our client said the subitem automation is set to add the qty from the subitems to total the qty in the parent item. Anyhow, we’re wondering if this is a known limitation.
As a test we created several test subitem status columns (minus the automation) and they populated fine so thinking it has something to do with the Monday automation.
