Personalize My Work - Done Status is different based on user

Our team uses a status field with about 15 different statuses to reflect the stage a project is in. A status can be considered “done” for one user, but not done for another user depending on a user’s role. For example, we have an Agent and an Account Manager. Quotes Requested = done for an Account Manager, but not done for the Agent. I am an Account Manager and would like to be able to tailer My Work, so that Quotes Requested falls off the My Work view, but remains on the Agent’s My Work view. Currently you cannot tailor My Work this way because the view filter setting is based on how you set up the status globally - it can only be done, or not done - for EVERYONE.
