Currently you can only hide ‘done’ status items from the ‘my work’ view. Ability to hide more status’ to de-clutter the view further.
Agreed, I’d like to filter out groups in the My Work view. Our designers and internal reviewers see items that are in “external review” and “approved” groups which they don’t need. It clutters up the view.
You can do this now via functionality within the status column settings of each board.
Click the little 3 dots > settings > customise status column.
You can then select which colours indicate a completed status - these then won’t show up in the your ‘my work’ view
Likely that due to permissions only owners of the board (with a blue crown) can change this depending on permissions. If you can’t I would recommend tagging (@) the owner of the board via the ‘board discussion’ space.
This has made a huge difference to us by indicating status like ‘no action required’, ‘completed’, ‘paused’ and a few more!
Also this was found entirely by accident!
