Good morning
Has anyone found a workaround for this issue, We have moved all of our email templates across to Monday through the Gmail integration.
We often have to paste in pictures to our emails, and a lot of our templates have some emoji’s as well.
The pictures always come through crossed out and the user has to right click and then select ‘download pictures’ to be able to see them.
The emojis always seem to look great in the sample email box but come through huge on the recipients end.
Would love any feedback or workarounds to correct this

Hi @Moeydc ,
For Images my ideas:
- Use HTML to embed images, not as links or attachments.
- Host Images Online**: Use reliable platforms (e.g., Google Drive) for hosting images.
- Check Gmail Settings**: Ask recipients to enable auto-download for images or verify your domain.
For Emojis:
- Test Across Clients: Check how emojis render in different email clients.
General Tips:
- Send Test Emails: Test your emails in different email clients.
- Use Email Platforms: Consider platforms like Mailchimp or SendGrid for better email handling.
