Description
In the Resource Directory, it is currently possible to assign only one Role but multiple Skills to a resource.
While this setup works in some cases, it is not sufficient for project planning. In a project, the Resource Planner can only use the Role field, not the Skills field. As a result, planning resources based on their skills is not possible.
We would like to know if one of the following options is possible:
Allow assigning multiple roles to a resource, or
Enable the Skills column to be used in the Resource Planner placeholder within a project.
This would allow more accurate resource planning based on the actual capabilities of resources.

Have to possiblity to add a new placeholder with Skills in Resource Planner.
Add multiple roles in Resource Directory for one user.
