I wanted to see if other users have been experience an issue with the Item Card interface, particularly for fields that require a pop-up window such as Status, Label, Timeline, Date etc.
My team has a rather detailed board with a fair few fields and so we love the Item Card view to help categorise some fields and keep our table form neat. We’ve noticed as of this week though that we’re not able to properly interact with many fields, and in some cases we’re not able to edits some fields properly at all which seems to be a graphical bug with the Item Card interface.
I created a mock-up board so I could demonstrate this bug in action without sharing any private information, and I’ve added a gif below. You can see that even with a reasonable amount of fields/columns, this view still seems to be acting quite erratically, moreso when the widget isn’t docked but still occurring when docked.
I’ve raised a ticket with the support team but I thought to post as well to see if other users had experienced this happening recently as I wasn’t able to find any existing posts or other information about it online.
For record - this is happening across multiple users on different laptops with varying resolutions as well. All using Microsoft Edge. We’ve previously had no issue with the item card view as we use it quite often as a central hub for all of our information on a particular task.
