I would like to request that, in sequences, when the first email is a manual email, the following automatic emails will include that first manual email in the thread. This way, the recipient will have all of the emails in one chain rather than starting a brand new chain thereafter.

That’s a really useful feature idea - keeping all the emails in a sequence within a single thread would make communication much clearer for recipients.
However, if you’re looking for more control over how emails are handled inside monday, you might want to check out our Email to Tasks for monday.com. It won’t merge emails into one thread, but it does give you more flexibility in selectively managing which emails become tasks on your boards.
