Project hours by person and reports by a chosen date range

Hei, new to monday and need som advice from people that have done this before. Probably easy enough if you know how. I have projects, people and hours and need to record these plus make the information available by project, people and dates afterwards for billing. I think the time tracking is what I need and have setup a board for each project but this will get big over time so am wondering if its better with a project board and a group for each week? But then how do I get a monthly report? and it is possible to get a person report over multiple boards and multiple groups?
