We are using Monday.com to manage a large number of engagements, for which we are using subitem timelines to plan when the work will be performed. We typically “roll-forward” the engagement every year so we can begin working on it again.
Has anybody found a way of pushing a subitem timeline forward by 12 months, so we don’t have to manually update this once the engagement is rolled-forward?

At this time, I am afraid our automations are not yet capable of moving/pushing timelines. I apologise for the setback here and will be sure to share this with our team internally.
That being said, I am wondering if you could utilise one of our 3rd party apps, to cast date columns to a timeline column? I ask this as this way you can use automations to push the start and end date columns, then sync this with a timeline column. I recognise this isn’t the most ideal approach, however I’d love to hear if it could work in some way

We already have the app Start + End = Timeline, but unfortunately it does not work on subitems as far as I am aware. Do you know of any other apps that may work on subitems?

Transparently, I haven’t tested this app out myself, but it appears to function similar to what you’re looking to achieve here. I am happy to do some testing myself as well!
