When typing item or subitem updates, a “draft saved” message fades on routinely in the lower right corner. However, unless we click the “Update” button, the text doesn’t truly save in the update. What is the purpose of this draft saved message? Meaning, can the text it is referencing actually be recovered?
We’ve now lost very important work twice due to this; both time we’ve clicked “update,” and then the text completely disappeared instead of posting.
If it’s not actually saving somewhere retrievable, the “draft saved” message is misleading.
Updating my own post: I just experienced another glitch in a subitem update.
I typed a list of action items, which was a mix of bullet points and checklist bullet points. Everything looked fine, then I clicked Update to save my update, and then only the bullet points were visible. The checklist text had disappeared.
I refreshed my whole board and checked again, and now the entire list is now visible - bullet points and checklist bullet points.
Are other people experiencing glitches like these?
