We have created a project board to track project information and as part of the data we want to collect supplier performance data. We have used the ‘rating’ column with 5 stars and the principle works well, however the issue comes when trying to collect the data across multiple projects and aggregate a score as the rating feature articles all suggest to use it as a task prioritisation function and not for the purpose we have used it.
For example there is a Project X where Supplier A gets a performance rating of 5, on Project Y there performance rating is 3. Therefore the average score is 4.
How can we collect the data across all projects (likely on a high level and seperate dashboard/overview) to show that the average score is 4 in this instance?
Is there a better approach/way of achieving this?
