If I setup multiple email addresses for different staff members, and they each send emails to clients from Monday, is there a way that only the person who sent the email can be notified when there’s a reply?
For example: If I setup an email for trish@xxx, and Trish sends the client an email from Monday, will she be the only person to receive a reply notification (or) will I also receive it since I’m the person that setup the email account?
