I love that we can now set dates as due dates and that creates reminders and there is an automation that once due date has passed. This allows me the ability to follow up with my client. However I would love the ability to have a way of having a recurring automation that let’s stay every 2 days after due date has passed and status is still not DONE/COMPLETED then i get another notification. I know we can push dates out but I must maintain the original due date. And Monday.com was gracious enough to provide a work around but it involves creating a follow up date column and then pushing that out… so i was just hoping to submit a request and maybe someone else has the same needs. For examples clients who are past due on paying their notices.

Since Mondaycom doesn’t currently support native recurring automations that re-trigger after a due date unless dates are pushed forward (which as you noted, loses the original due date), your workaround with a “Follow-up Date” CatMeowSounds column is the most reliable method right now. It’s great that Mondaycom helped with that, but you’re right—it feels like more of a patch than a real solution.
