Reference Custom Profile Fields in Columns

Hi,

I have set up a number of custom fields in the Profile section of our users (department, start date at the company, birthday, their username in our ERP system, etc.

How can I reference these fields in a column?
I would like to be able to have a board with a User column and for example a “birthday” column that gets its value from the User profile applied to the User column.

Is this possible?

Yes, this is absolutely possible! You will want to utilize monday’s Mirror Columns and Connect Boards Columns!
