Remove Duplicate Item on mOnday CRM

Hello - We have integrated our CRMS with various lead generations platforms (website, social, chat, etc)

What is the best way to prevent duplicates from entering the CRM? For example, we may have one person submit their info twice, or submit it on two different platforms.

You can choose various ways on how to deal with the duplicates using the Duplicates and Uniques app. You can label, merge, delete or move them.
Even better, you can do all these automatically.

The request is made to your monday.com account admin. You can therefore contact your admin to process the approval.
