I would like to have the option to reply to an update based on a status.
we have an productionorder board. When we get an “on hold” situation we can do that to fill in a form. the form will create a ticket in a other board but also connects them. The issue form will push an update to the production board. when te issue is solved i would like to send an reply to that pulse id (unique update it of the row in a board) with some information based on a “solved” status.
Does anyone has an idea if something is possible? i am getting so far that it creates a new update but not a reply.
