Is anyone else experiencing that when a new map view is added to a board, the satellite view is no longer available? My older maps still have satellite available, but newly added maps do not.
Yes. I am also working with the Tech Team on the issue but there has been no fix yet.

I am also experiencing the same problem. When I create a map view from a board there is no satellite view option.

It’s unfortunate that the satellite mode is not available anymore on the default Map Widget.
At Tryve, we encountered many more limitations of the default Map Widget so we created our own, called Map View Pro. It doesn’t only add the satellite option back but it also allows you to customize how pins are being displayed on the map (fe.: color them based on a status value) and choose what information is displayed when you click a pin.
