For the love of all things supposed to be in a CRM, please fix mass email templates so you can save an HTML formatted mass email template. It is insane to me there is a save template option that does not support HTML. Feels like we have gone back in time. What company sends plain text email campaigns or wants or recreates the campaign every time they want to use HTML formatting. This is crazy and make CRM so unpleasant to use. Please fix this.
