Please, please, pretty please spend a hot minute to enhance the email functionality in automations. This is a CRM product now, not work management platform. Users have been requesting this very basic functionality since 2019. In fact the 2019 request was disingenuously marked ‘released’ when mass emails was released. Two HUGE problems with this. 1) you can’t save HTML templates in mass email (which is nuts) and 2) you can’t trigger a mass email (even if you could save HTML templates) through automations. Please fix / enhance this. It tears down soooo much value in the CRM platform. Nobody communicates this way in a sales organization. Everything is shared templates and automation. Please vote this to the top of the list.
