I am planning on having a series of procedures within a Workspace, and while you can search for the title of a document, if you are trying to look something up, but can only remember a keyword, you currently can not search for it. For example, within a document called ‘Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe’, I want to be able to search for ‘Nutmeg’ and see all the documents that ‘Nutmeg’ appear in.

Hello,
Feature Request: Native Content Searching in Workspaces
Currently, while allows users to search for document titles, there’s no native functionality to search for specific keywords within document content. This limitation can hinder productivity, especially when trying to locate information tied to a specific term you may not recall the exact document title for.
Example Use Case:
Imagine a Workspace containing a document titled Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe. If I need to locate this document but only remember the keyword Nutmeg, the current search functionality won’t help me find it.
Proposed Solution:
Introduce native content searching capabilities within Workspaces. This feature would enable users to search for keywords across all documents, making data retrieval faster and more efficient.
Why This Matters:
Enhances productivity and accessibility.
Reduces reliance on third-party developers who require access to sensitive data.
Keeps workflows centralized within ’s ecosystem.
