See Emails & Activities notes added to subitems on main item

I think there used to be a way to have any Emails & Activities notes added to subitems show up on the main item’s Emails & Activities page. This was incredibly useful for me and my team, so we could add notes about particular subitems/tasks, but also see them in a singular chronological work history on the main item’s Emails & Activities. It looks like this is not an option anymore, so notes added to subitems could be missed or overlooked in the future. I suggest creating an option to have all notes/additions to Emails & Activities for a subitem show up on the main item’s Emails & Activities tab.
