When viewing my work, there is no way to see the parent item of a sub-item without clicking on the flow image. SUPER ANNOYING! I considered making a workaround via automation ->when sub-item is created, make a status and name the status whatever the parent is, but when sub-item created isn’t an available trigger in automations. Any ideas?
Considering the limitations of our subitems and our subitem automations, I think we will have to get a bit creative. I wonder if the trigger “when column changes” could kickstart that status change. Then we can think of what column change could initiate the automation! What do you think?
