Hello everyone,
I’d like to know if there’s a way to create a pre-defined list of Item names from which my team members could select the name of the Item. This would be similar to the drop-down list functionality that already exists for columns, but I haven’t been able to replicate this for Items.
If this doesn’t exist, I’ll move this to Feature request section.

Couldn’t you use a link to column and link it to whichever board has the item names you want to choose from? We use this for Contacts, we have a board where each pulse is a contact and we link to that board we want to select pre-defined contacts.
That’s an interesting method! Sounds more like a workaround than a feature, but it most certainly does the job 100%, fantastic, thank you! 
Can you please explain how that is done? I dont see how I link the column of items to another board???
