Set Status based on timeline

Hello, I would need to change status, based on timeline. This is what I used on excel.
Basically, based on the project end date, I can see if a resourse is Busy, Free, or when will be free.

I can’t understand how I can set this in Monday.

My input is the timeline.
My trigger is the end date.
My variable is the status.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
