Share Update option for Board Update

Hello,

There are many people in my company who are not monday.com users nor will reliably view a board or dashboard. I would like to be able to share an update with them via email. The Share Update function is available under a Board Update, but is currently being reviewed and disabled.

There are very few ways to share information from a board or project without inviting guests or viewers. Please keep functionality to use email for this. Not every company or co-worker is going to login to another tool to review information.

The Board Email Reports got you back with this case.
It’s the unique app that provides reports on item updates. The types of reports:
On a board/project level:

1. New and updated tasks
2. Status updates
3. Budget, Costs, Revenue changes
4. Timeline and deadline overdue
5. Time Tracking changes

On an item/task level:

• Updates by a specific employee
• Updates mentioning a specific employee
• Updates containing attachments
• Status updates
• Last updates
