Sharing between CRM and Work Management

I would like to have a single Contacts Board shared with Work Management and CRM.

After finding little useful information, I’ve been looking at automation, but not finding anything that immediately makes sense.

Ideally any changes to the primary Contacts Board would update the CRM board, or vice versa.

Eventually I would like to automate export of our client list from HaloPSA to Monday as well.
