When you create a description for a task using the long text field, you should be able to view that full description when you open the Item Card. It would be very helpful to have the description open for reference while working instead of having to hover over the description to view the text.
Wouldn’t it be great if the column ‘information’ / description could also be viewed in the Interaction details view - when you open up an individual interaction view (Lead Info Widget).
Currently the information/description for the column only appears in the Main Table view.
