Hello,

We have multiple boards that consolidate information from multiple “feeder” boards but each it only used for one “season.” At the end of the season, we’d like to be able to duplicate the board, convert all mirrored columns and connections to static values and save it in a Past Season folder for reference, as opposed to remaking over 2 thousand mirrored connections each season.

We don’t want to leave the connections active because we’ll run into situations on the feeder boards where there are different connections from different seasons competing for the same slot.

We tried to convert the columns to text, and that worked on most, but not the actual linked columns. Text isn’t an option.

I can’t export to Excel then reimport, because there are more. columns than are supported.

Is there a way to essentially copy the entire table, then paste as values?

Yes, the best solution is to use a Monday.com hhaexchange app like Formula PRO or Smart Columns to copy mirrored and linked column values into native columns as static data. This allows you to duplicate boards cleanly without active connections, preserving seasonal data for archiving without manual rework.
