Social change organisation with no 990 form

Hello monday community,

We are a social change organisation based in the UK looking to streamline our CRM process through monday.com. Having looked through the application process for the non-profit discount, we believe we do qualify, however we do not have a 990 form as required in the application form. What documentation can we otherwise provide to you to check for our eligibility in receiving the nonprofit discount?

Thank you for your patience as we shifted our community team around! We currently require a 501(c)(3) form to prove eligibility of your organization–not a 990.
