Does anyone know if there is a way to add a user’s team to a board? Or to sort by team? For example, I want to be able to sort or filter by a specific team to see the referrals of all users in that team.
Hi Meredith, are you currently tracking the team a user is associated with on the board? If not, there wouldn’t be able to sort/filter this on the board.
That said, there is a Teams feature where you could add users on the account to a specific team. With this, you could use a People Column and assign the Teams you created to their relevant items, and therefore going forward you could filter the board by Teams!
I was hoping to set it up so “If Meredith assigned, assign team Meredith is on”. Then I could sort by team so we could see everyone’s work that’s in my team. But it doesn’t seem to work that way. I found a work around to just have them select the label for their “department”. Would just be nice if it could be automated.
