Assign a Team depending on Person Assigned to

I have a board with a ‘Person’ and ‘Team’ columns.
We create items in the board and people are assigned to them. Each person is part of one team within the Teams admin window in Monday. I would like for the Team column to automatically fill with the correct Team based on the person it was assigned to
