Hi everyone, I’ve checked around but haven’t found the answers I am looking for.
I have a yearly marketing budget board set up, with each month being its own group. I have a column that has actual costs, I wish to subtract this from a base number (150,000). I want this number to be across/shared with all groups.
When I attempt to set a formula, I either get the illegal formula notice or it only subtracts in one column or one group.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried a few variations. Currently using this but it doesn’t achieve what I want
