Hi…

I have created an item, this item come with a status like “PASS / FAIL”

Within this item, there are sub items also has a status “PASS / FAIL”

That is,

Item ABC Status
→ Item 1 Status
→ Item 2 Status

If both item 1 and item 2 Status is PASS,

Then the master status will PASS

If either or both is FAIL… master status is FAIL

Does anyone know how to setup the automation ?? I try many times but seems only 1 status change another status… cannot check if all status is PASS, then change the master STATUS

Try this…

  1. Add an additional status column at the parent item level: All Subs Pass
  2. Add the following automations:
