I’m able to show the summary hours for subitems on the individual rows, but not able to see the total summary of all the roles. Is this possible? This would be extremely helpful.

Welcome to the community! Indeed monday does not support summarizing the subitem summaries columns. There is an app in the marketplace called Rollup Subitems that uses a different approach to summarizing subitems. This app shows the subitem summary in a normal numbers column in the parent items and therefore will also show the total for all subitem columns.

Is this enhancement on the roadmap? It seems to be common use case.
The roll-up 3rd party app could potentially halfway work but paying for a 3rd party app to sum the total of values in a table doesn’t seem feasible in the long term.
