Connected board columns (and people columns, mirror columns, drop-down columns, country columns etc) are not supported in forms. It is important to be able to support these column types, as currently the forms are pretty useless without being able to include these fields. The column types that are currently supported, mean that our forms can only capture < 50% of the typical columns we have for a board.
Hi @shaun.mclean Nir from VLOOKUP app here. VLOOKUP app is an alternative solution to monday connected board and mirrored columns that works with forms. It’s is a paid app though. Try it out and let me know if you need any help or discount.
