Template GCal invites

Hello everyone,

I’ve recently tried out the Google Calendar (GCal) integration and I was wondering if there was any way to have templated description in the GCal invite automatically added when the invite was created.
Some context - this is for facilitated deliveries of training and all of the invites have a template added to them which would include details of the delivery (Zoom link, briefing doc link, time of session etc). I’m trying to find a way to have the template added when the invite is created so the project team don’t have to add it to every invite (as they currently do).

Obvs, they will still need to add in the relevant Zoom links etc but to cut out this other step would help tremendously.

Thanks for the tip! It worked in part… Just need to sort out the formatting and I think we’re there
