I am currently trying to utilize Monday to track the clock in and clock out times of my employees. I am using two separate JotForm’s, the clock in form updates the task which then triggers the task to set the date and time for column ‘clock in’, the clock out form updates the same task which is then supposed to trigger the task to set the date and time for column ‘clock out’. Unfortunately what is happening is that both the ‘clock in’ and ‘clock out’ columns are being changed with the clock out form update. I have quadruple checked my automations and ensured I have 2 different date columns selected. Why is this happening?
My preferred method of doing this was using the ‘hour’ or ‘timetracking’ columns, but these columns cannot be moved to different boards for some reason.
