Time Tracking keeps on running, while we're sure we stopped it?

We’ve had this issue now on several occasions. We’re using monday and time-tracking with several teammembers, and we’re collaborating on the same boards.

Now we use our timetracking for reporting wihtin the project and to our customers. But we’ve noticed several times when someone paused stopped the tracking on an item. Our administrative monday-member sees the item is still tracking?

Does anybody notice these same issues? And how can I file this to monday as a bug?

this is definitely a case for support.

To avoid human error or multiple people clicking, I would suggest to use an automation to start and stop the time tracking. If status changes to “START” or “STOP” → START/STOP the Time tracking.
