We are struggling with the timeline column, linked to duration and dependencies - it simply doesn’t work. I understand the difference between the strict and flexible relationship, but when I set up tasks sequentially and make them dependent on the task prior, it doesn’t order them end to start as it would in MS Project.
Am I doing something obviously wrong here?
As you can see, the durations and dependencies are all out of sync. The system keeps scheduling timelines to begin within the dependency of the one above, even when removed and re-entered.
