My company is trying to expand our use of Monday. I want to use the platform to schedule our meetings at various tradeshows around the country. I currently have a board for each tradeshow and for shows where we have meetings I have the following columns: Person, Date (used to note the beginning of the meeting), Date (used for the end time of the meeting), Location, Notes, Files. I am using the Calendar Plus app so that I can set custom lengths of the events using the multiple date fields as the out of the box only lets you change the default length of all events, but not all of our meetings are the same length. Having the ability to then sort inside of the calendar view based on location, people in the meeting, etc makes this more convenient for viewing and scheduling our meetings. However, we go to tradeshows all over the US. When scheduling meetings we are always referring to the local time of that tradeshow not the local time to us or our business partners. Other than manually adjusting the meeting times to my local equivalent of the time it would be at that show to compensate for this I haven’t found any solution. Is there an out of the box way to do this or is there an app I can use to manage this?
Hi @CoreyAndersen,
Reinier from Calendar Plus here. I hope you received my email in response to your query through the app! I have a few options in mind that we can work on to help you deal with time zones both in the calendar view and using automations. It’d be best to have a chat about how we can support you best.
Kind regards,
Reinier
