It’s incredibly rare that projects are delivered without any issues whatsoever (even teeny tiny ones).
The important thing is to ensure any issues, no matter how small or minor we think they may be, are adequately tracked so they can be addressed before manifesting into much more significant problems further down the road.
With monday.com, it’s easy to log, monitor, and prioritise issues as they arise at any stage of your project. You can quickly address ad hoc issues and escalate any larger concerns where need be.
Absolutely agree, Amalia! No project is completely free of issues, but it’s how we manage and address them that really makes a difference. Using a tool like monday.com not only helps in tracking and resolving problems efficiently but also ensures that nothing slips through the cracks. The ability to prioritize and escalate issues is key to keeping everything on track and avoiding potential roadblocks. The free issue log template sounds like a great way to start!
I could have used this a few months back to do a RCA Root Cause Analysis- but great to save down now for future use!!
