We might actually be interested to see some of your other boards which are working well for you as well as ones from the list above as we’re also doing research into R&D teams in parallel.

I use Monday.com extensively as a PM
However, I tend to keep it uni-dimensional for now; I use the group tasks (pulses) and assign them to users with a convenient set of columns for tracking. I also use the timeline view.
As you know, I do hope to see sub-tasks and better reporting capability come from Monday.com. By reporting, I mean, users need a clearer we to know what’s assigned to them and what’s do. There’s a lot of work to be done here on your part but I see it’s evolving towards that.
