Is there a way to trigger an alert off of some type of timer feature?
i.e. For example if “leads” come into Monday we would like our team to acknowledge the lead rather quickly, within 1 hour. If no one acknowledges this lead then we would want to send a notification to the team. Is anything like this possible?
