Each run of the recipe uses one Op and copies up to three files, every additional three files is an additional Op - with no limit on the number of files. There is a limit of 150MB of files (which is fair because this is the maximum email size for most providers).
Paid plans share their Ops across all apps from the developer, so you get the benefits of economy of scale sooner if you need multiple apps.
