Using apps on a mobile device

Apps are not working on a mobile device. One of the apps we are using in monday is Quickley.
The main reason for using this app is that we can easily communicate with our clients via whatsapp.
They can send us a whatsapp text and quickley pushes the message to our monday board. Then we can respond via the monday board and our client receives a text message. But we can only respond on our desktop bacause apps are not working on the mobile device.

So on one hand you use an app bacause it can improve the communication on the mondayboard but on the other hand with a mobile device you cant communicate because the app isn’t working

Hey! I’m not sure which country you’re from, but Meta is now slowly rolling out a new feature that allows you to use the same WhatsApp number for both the Business API (via tools like WhatsApp Notify) and the WhatsApp Business app.

As of now, this is supported in some countries in South America, India, and other parts of Asia.

That sounds really frustrating, especially since the whole point of using tools like Quickley is to simplify client communication. Mobile functionality should be a priority, particularly when managing real-time messaging like WhatsApp.

We had a similar issue before, and eventually explored solutions like Phonexa, which offers more stable integration across devices for client communications and automations. It made a big difference in responsiveness and reliability—especially on mobile.

Hope Monday addresses this soon. Reliable app performance shouldn’t be limited to desktop!
