Using the "summary Row

I want create a chart that shows the summary/total “row” at the bottom of each Group in my board. In my example I have a board that holds budget information and I have a group that holds “Staff Costs” and another that has “Non-Staff Costs”, I also have a board with “Capital Costs” and another group with “Recurrent Costs” I want to create a bar chart that shows the totals from each group side by side, is this possible without creating a connect/mirror board to aggregate the costs?
