Viewing Related Contacts Under Company Profiles

Hello everyone, we have recently started using the Monday CRM solution. I imported the company records as an Excel file. In the board where I keep the contact records, I created a connected column with the board containing the companies. In this column, I select the relevant company from the dropdown menu next to each contact. However, the contacts do not appear under the People section of the company profile. Is there a way to achieve this?

Another issue: when I try to manually add contacts from the People section of the company page, not all of the contacts from my contacts board are displayed in the dropdown menu.

Did you do a two way connection on the connected column? ie is there a connected column on the contacts board that shows the accounts? The contacts won’t show in the ‘people’ column on the accounts board, they would show in the connected column. Then you can do a view ‘inside’ the account to list all the contacts that you’ve connected.
