We should have the opportunity to hire different numbers of seats per Monday product

We have today 10 seats of Monday Work Management and we would like to have 3 seats on Monday CRM and the upgrade option doesn’t allow this. Is it possible or not? If not will be easier to buy Pipedrive as we can have only 3 seats for CRM. TKS
