In Board A, I have Group 1 with a certain number of TASKS.
I would like to automate that when an TASK STATUS changes to DONE for it to create a GROUP on Board B and to have that GROUP named the same as the TASK who’s status has changed.
Please let me know if this is possible or what is the closest automation I can get to this.
Welcome to the community! You could potentially use a work around here but I think a custom app (like the duplicate group app) would help you out a great deal.
Without additions, you may be able to use automation to create the group you want and then connected/further automation to push that group into the desired board. There is a ‘create group’ functionality but you can only type group name and not map the item or task name dynamically.
